ProQual Level 3 & 4 Accreditation in the Remote Piloting of Unmanned Aircraft Systems
UAVAir is pleased to offer all of our candidates the ability to receive a worldwide academically recognised qualification along with our Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approved UAQ drone training course. All candidates will be able to receive a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification from ProQual in the Remote Piloting of Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
Who is ProQual?
ProQual Awarding Body was born out of the desire to give industries the opportunity of having the most up to date, often unique and most relevant qualifications for their employees. All of their Qualifications are industry driven and regulated by Ofqual, the Governing Body in England.
What do I need to get a Level 3 Certificate?
All candidates will automatically be enrolled to receive the Level 3 Certificate upon successful completion of the Unmanned Aircraft Qualification (UAQ) course. This includes both the Ground School and Flight Assessment exams. The cost of the Certificate is reflected in the UAQ price.
What do I need to get a Level 4 Diploma?
After successfully completing the UAQ course, candidates who go on to complete an Operations Manual will be eligible for a Level 4 Diploma by applying to UAVAir and paying an admin fee of £55.90+VAT.
Who can get this qualification?
From the 1st April 2017, all candidates will automatically be enrolled to receive the Level 3 Certificate upon successful completion of the Ground School and Flight Assessment of the UAQ.
Any candidates who register for a course up until the 1st April may also apply for this qualification by simply paying the applicable admin fees,£45.76+VAT for a Level 3 and £55.90+VAT for a Level 4.
Any of our past candidates and graduates are able to apply for the Level 3 Certificate or Level 4 Diploma retrospectively simply by paying the applicable admin fees. Level 4 Diplomas will also require candidates to resit an updated exam. The exam can be taken through our online learning portal and there is no requirement for you to retake the exam at one of our venues.
What does this qualification mean?
The UAQ by UAVAir is the first qualification of its kind to be aviation regulator accredited by the CAA and academically accredited by OfQual, awarded by ProQual AB. It’s an academic recognition of the capabilities as a drone pilot that is translatable and equivalent in ability to any other Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in the UK and worldwide.
How to apply:
All candidates making a booking from the 1st of April 2017 will automatically be enrolled to receive the Level 3 certificate. To apply for the Level 4 Diploma upon completion of the Operations Manual, you will need to complete the form below, and pay the applicable admin fee.
Any candidates applying for a Level 3 or 4 retrospectively must complete the form below and make a payment of the applicable admin fees.
